Gift Certificate
Forli Ristorante gift certificates are available and can be sent to the recipient or picked up from 3 to 6 pm the day after this request form is received.
You can include your personal message with the gift certificate.
We recommend for two people, depending on wine selection $50 for lunch and $100 for dinner. Also, all cheques are subject to 8.25% CA sales and a gratuity.
